Scoring Summary
  1st 2nd 3rd 4th Final
Indians 16 16 0 0 32
Madisonville 6 0 0 0 6
The Indians have been real consistent this season, except for a hiccup against Vonore. This is a trait of a Matlock coached team. With that said, what can I say about another boring Indian game? Consisting of smash mouth defense, a power and finesse offense, that has collectively overpowered every opponent.

Just to make things interesting, the Indians spot Madisonville six points. The Tornado’s receive the kick off, drive down the field and score.

The quick strike no huddle offense was on. #45 Jordan Purdy rushed five times for 45 yards, culminating in a three yard touchdown. Hustling down to recover the on sides kick was #33 Tommy Brown. That take away put the offense back on the field at the Madisonville 45 yard line, first and 10. Three Purdy rushes gained 50 yards. Going in for the five yard touchdown was #30 Tyler Barr. Two scores in 1:57… not too bad. These developments shook up the Tornados. To mix things up, Caleb Giles kicked the football deep. A couple of plays later, Madisonville coughs up the football. #75 Jason Terry pounces on the loose ball.

The Indian offense is on the move, they start a drive that spans the first and second quarters. On the first play of the second period, #30 Tyler Barr blasts over from the 14 yard line.

The Tornados were doing their best to get something going. The QB came down the line on the option play. Defensive end #4 Zach Franklin forces the pitch, the running back turns the corner heading for daylight. Up comes cornerback #3 Matthew “Chew” Wallace, who strips the ball. Scooping and scoring from the 50 yard line was #30 Tyler Barr!

At the end of the first half, the Indians are in commanding position, 32-6. That score would hold up, and be the final score of the game.

The Indians rushed for 185 yards on 31 attempts, four touchdowns, and four 2-point conversions. The Loudon Indians (9-1, #1 seed) earn a 32-6 victory.
