Getting untracked in the second period, touchdown runs by #39 Caleb Russell (2 yards) and #36 Trey Townson (5 yards) with a 2-pt. conversion by #21 Zach Sellars powered the Hoppers into half time, leading 14-0. The Hopper defense kept the 'Cats in check and out of the endzone. Head Coach David Matlock will have his squad ready to tangle with Tellico next week. The Hoppers had 187 yards rushing on 39 carries and one pass for 25 yards; total offense is 212 yards.
