The Loudon Hoppers (9-1) were the #1 seed and had to defeat the Sweetwater ‘Cats

(5-5) to advance to the championship game. The Wildcats fell victim to the Loudon Hoppers twice this season already. Could it be three losses for the Monore Co. ‘Cats? #17 Wade Plemons scored on a 22-yard burst, that put Loudon up 6-0 at the half. #36 Nick Brown added two touchdowns in the 2nd half on runs of 16 and 6 yards. #65 Cody Crass intercepted an errant Sweetwater pass and rambled 45 yds to the 6 yd line (setting up Nick Brown’s second score). Loudon (10-1) wins 22-0. The Loudon Hoppers (10-1) move on to the championship game to challenge the Tellico Bears (10-1). The Bears handed the Hoppers their first loss in three years (week 10) by a score of 6-0.
